Enjoy the tranquil country air or feed the Kangaroos, native bird life and the local possums. At night the sky is ablaze with a million stars. This western red cedar 3 bedroom house is tastefully fitted out to meet every need including pool table, spa bath, log fire, Free WiFI, satellite TV, A/C, big kitchen and a spacious balcony with BBQ. The Tennis court and swimming pool are 40m away. All linen and blankets are provided.

Our Place
Blackwattle is close to Barrington Tops, Chichester Dam, National Park & Dungog. You’ll love our place because of the views, the ambience, the high ceilings hand crafted from beautiful rich red cedar. The location is remote and so peaceful, people in Dungog are so friendly, enjoy the pool table, bbq, tennis court and pool plus the warm fire place. Blackwattle is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
Dungog has 3 pubs, 3 clubs, a local boutique brewery, 3 cafe's, a pizzeria and a IGA.
Blackwattle has been featured in on both Getaway and Sydney Weekenders and chosen as the local place to stay for celebrities attending the Dungog Film Festival including the touring UK band "Mumford and Sons"

Be sure to explore the surroundings, Jerusalem Creek trail is a 10 minute drive away, with plenty of picnic spots and natural waterfalls.

Chichester dam is a five minutes drive and is a must see attraction.
